Carlos Hernandez and CJ were amazing! They got me taken care of last minute and provided me great service! They went above and beyond and deserve recognition for their hard work.

Orlando and Roland are absolutely incredible! It was so packed and they got us in and out extremely fast. By far the best Customer experience I’ve ever had at ANY place of business. They are so nice, Orlando had us cracking up 😂, and they really took care of us when we were in a bind. We are beyond grateful for them. If you need any kind of help with your vehicle, skip every place you see on your Google maps and head straight to this Goodyear. I wish we lived closer so that I could use them regularly. Truly, a couple of auto angels!!!

I have never been here before until today, but I decided to try this Goodyear location because I saw a coupon online for an oil change with a free tire rotation included. $76 for an oil change and tire rotation was a great deal. I also like how they’re open on the weekends. I have such a hard time trying to get car maintenance done on the weekends around here with so many places being closed on the weekends. I walked in, process was easy to check in, and I was out in about 45 minutes. All I wanted was the oil change and tire rotation and that’s all I got. Honestly, I appreciate that. I’ve been to a lot of car places that try to persuade you to do this or that to your car and try to pressure you to spend more money when you don’t really need it. Orlando did not do that. He was respectful in the fact he did exactly what I asked and that’s it. Thanks for that. It was a pleasant experience today. I wish I had started coming here sooner.

Goodyear store manager, Orlando, is our families go to for all auto repairs for 20+ years and counting. From oil change to full transmission replacements, all completed competently, quickly, & professionally by him and his crew. They have been highly accommodating of my busy schedule with flexibility & curtesy rides as needed. They've been there during several emergency visits & were caring & compassionate of the situation. It's refreshing to never have to worry about vehicle repairs when I know I'll always get quality work at a great price at this Goodyear location with Orlando & staff! Thank you!

We had a screw in our tire on a Sunday and just happened on this shop. Orlando was extremely friendly and helpful. Great customer service experience. He’s been with the company a long time and it shows. He was deeply knowledgeable and very accommodating. We will definitely be back!
